Measure the footage outside. Multiply this number by one of the following:

• For a working height of 6 feet than mutiply the footage by $10.00
• .... between 4 feet and 5 feet than multiply the footage by $12.00
• .... between 2.5 feet and 4 feet than multiply the footage by $13.00
• for a height less than 2.5 feet than an inspection must be made.

Discharge methods are:

• Sump pump - discharge at the grade line above the pump cost $300.00
• Gravity flow drain line is $3.00 per linear foot plus excavation cost of $100.00 per cubic yard of excavation. A pipe installed 1 foot deep going 50 feet away from the house would cost about $242.00

Vapor barrier (optional work combined with the crawl space installation). Determine the square footage of the crawl space (length of the crawl space times the width) and multiply this number by $0.35 per sq. foot.
