The sealing of cracks to prevent seepage is done with urethane or epoxy. A lifetime renewable warranty is issued for this work. Additional charges ($50.00 minimum) may occur to grind off any existing coating to improve the bond.

Hair line cracks (a crack thiner than the thickness of a dollar bill folded in half): $12.00 per linear foot.

Cracks wide than a hair line crack up to the thickness of a standard paper clip wire: $17.00 per linear foot.

Crack thicker than the described above up to 1/16": $25.00 per linear foot

Cracks (wider than 1/16") injected with a hydrophobic urethane. $48.00 per linear foot on bare concrete.
