Oser Services, Inc was founded by Ted Oser after his 45 years in the pest control business helping build Orkin Pest Control. Once he started Oser Pest Control it seemed natural to add waterproofing to help eliminate those pests attracted by wet areas. Ted's first waterproofing ad in the Atlanta yellow pages ( SEE THE AD) lists 17 Companies. "Oser" is the only name listed in both today's Yellow Pages (not any other waterproofer). Our reputation grew as he dedicated our business to Professionalism, Quality and Honesty.

"Oser" is the only name in waterproofing that has been "keeping Atlanta's bottoms dry" for 50 years. We are proud of that achievment.
