The price of an Oser waterproofing system reflects our vast experience. Our streamline design incorporates knowledge from 6 years of study at GA TECH. Increased efficiency and higher quality reduces our costs.

Our sales came from referrals. Reduced advertising reduces our costs.

We charge a small fee, $65.00, to visit your home (credited towards waterproofing by Oser). You pay for waterproofing not for "Free Estimates".

A visit by "Oser" may produce solutions that eliminate the need for waterproofing.

The $65.00 fee can save you thousands of $$$ (for example):

• We solved a problem for $4,000.00 instead of our competitor's $8,000.00. The heavy rains came. No leaks and $4000.00 in the homeowners pocket.
• A $100.00 solution was needed not $2,500.00 as estimated by a competitor.
